Rail and coach stations, airports and ferry terminals that can accommodate large flows of passengers smoothly and offer a high degree of interconnectedness promote seamless, sustainable mobility and enhance opportunities for citizens. Alongside the necessary physical and digital infrastructure, good governance arrangements are central to enabling passenger hubs to provide good mobility options at all times.
